Description Whoa, I finally finished this!
I was experimenting with different techniques in Paint Tool SAI, and came up with this.

What you see here, is the process of the evolution from shiny Winter Vulpix to shiny Winter Ninetales.

I finally hatched a shiny Winter Vulpix on the GPX+ site.
Her name is Julia, and I promised myself that I could make her evolve after drawing her.
The background colors are based on the colors of a shiny stone, the item needed to make Winter Vulpix evolve.

I quite like the result, it's a big step forward for me in Paint Tool SAI.
If you look at the rest of my drawings, you can see what I mean. ^^

With a Shiny Stone, not a Fire Stone.
You have to wait until it's a certain type of weather, too.
