It isn't even steroids!! Her mind is being overwhelmed by her sudden intake of two candies, which double the magical power. She can't control it at all, which is the reason why she is going a bit.. crazy at the moment. You'll see what happens in the next chapter!

I see, extensive supervision. I don't know, that is in general goes against one of the guild's noticeable philosophy: being reckless but good hearted!

There's being reckless and then there is being foolish. Reckless is being able to put caution far enough aside to take chances but give it at least half a thought, Thus the "good-hearted" part. Being foolish is just doing without giving a thought just because it's there to do.

Being answerable to someone else, checking you moral compass, having respect for others as you would want them to have for you, and always "looking before you leap" is part of being responsible. You can not afford to be irresponsible, especially when you are dealing with magics of enormous potential. Reckless is not without responsibility.

Extensive Supervision can be, since these ladies got the candies "above board", actually learning about them of having someone who they can't just take more candies from holding them. Just being responsible.

Hrm I apologize for the late reply to your post. I do agree with that entire written argument you have there. However, in the spirit of what the manga artist have written on, being 'cautious' isn't even in the guild's interest or its own etched philosophy.

I understand that goes against almost everything you have written on the above statement. Like I said, I appeal to your argument 100% without a doubt, but, if I were to utilize your advise, that would dim out the 'unique' trait that Fairy Tail Guild has always been since its inception.
