If I may make a suggestion on a title if you do not have one already,
"Gutation"
It is a botany term for what you are depicting here in the picture.
When a plant absorbs more water through their roots than is evaporated during the day, they expel the excess water through the hydathodes, usually at night, causing little drops to collect on leaves in the morning.
Just a thought.
