Seeley probably just managed to hop onto Rith's back as he was trying to turn. Whether she's winning or not its hard to tell, but based on Rith's face, he wasnt prepared for Seeley to know what she's doing.

Hunting with Kodiak Moosekridge
While Kodiak caught a bunny, Seeley was just short of catching a bird. Kodiak probably gives her some encouragement and she puts the feathers behind her ear for safe keeping.
