Oh the water tool.
Actually you can use the water tool to scatter dark colors (like when to color the shirt's foldings) to make it look more natural by blending them. Atleast that is what I used to do (not a standard way).
Lightly-colored pictures give me a different feeling than the colorful one. This is a nice try!
