Very beautiful drawn. Judging from the scenery and the title I guess it is after she witnessed Inuyasha and Kikyou together in Inuyasha forest and she came back realizing she loves him and confesses to him that she will stay with him no matter what. Kind of sad, but sweet scene in manga and anime. ^-^
