The Joy from MGS3. She needs a hugI figured since I was trying to paint I'd also switch up the style. I've always been a huge fan of 's work so I thought I'd make an attempt at his style.
Ended up with a mash up, I hope he doesn't mind.

I faved this some time ago, but forgot to comment, sorry bout that. You really got emotion into this, her eyes imprisoning my heart once again. Her story was such a sad one. The moment when her scar turned into snake, it made me think, that all the pain and suffering she had endured, were gone, giving her peace at last. It's funny thing, how any game had never made me feel any real emotions in the past, but MGS 3 did. That's why i love this game so much.

Great work man. Let's keep this Metal Gear stuff coming. I'm loving it. I can't tell where the elsevilla influence comes in (aside from her eyes of course) but I think it's because there's not a LOT of color. I'd love to see another elsevilla-esk piece in a different setting.

Really nice style,
beautiful attention to details what with all the flowers, n the framing of the trees and the colors.
Personally to me the boss looks a bit too "youthed", at the end of the day its your own interpretation of the character, and really if i want to see the Boss, there are a plethora of really great images, So I'd rather see something unique.
Love the eyes O.O
The boss would probably rate up there in the top 10 strongest and most well developed female characters in all of gaming.

I agree that she looks way too young. I guess part of that comes from trying out a style I'm not too familiar with. Next time I take on something like this though I'll be making sure it's a character with LOTS of color

very bright and very colorful. I have to say. you nail the style down very well boss. I mean to be honest that was a tough boss fight yet a enjoyable one. in the end she be shooting CQBing you like a boss.
