(*Chuckles*) Google the reaction to her costume sometime. Believe me, you're not alone. I mean, it's not the whole Starfire fiasco, but it certainly didn't gel with people other than comic book feminists and, mostly, women in general from what I've been able to tell both around the comic shops/conventions and online. Eh, they can have it. She'll never be Kara. The real Supergirl died along with the true DC Universe when DCnU happened.

Yeah. I hate the boots on the new costume with that part that goes over the knee. Ugly.
And I hate the red shield part of her pants. With some tweaks I could accept it. But they need to tweak HER.
Ug. Like this one better -- Plus this Supergirl is happy and mischievous. Not angry and bitter like the new 52 Supergirl.

I love her New 52 costume way more than the one shown in this picture, mainly just because the New 52 one looks like a real costume. I have always thought this skirt and cut-off shirt "costume" was a joke, like many old costumes.
