I could honestly see this happening to my drunk argonian character in Oblivion. I always figured that he would end up in such situations as the end result of a drunken stooper. Although I don't see him having the good fortune of having the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary to dive into to escape the guards.

I was kind of sad I couldn't resolve that peacefully, marrying a Hagraven was interesting, almost wanted her as a wife, I mean...the Hag's are pretty badass.
