Description
It just felt right to draw Ariadne after her husband. Daughter of Minos, priestess of the Potnia, she who is crowned with stars. In other news, Minoan stuff needs more love.

I really, really, really love how you drew her in Minoan garb and alongside the horns of consecration. I've studied the Minoans for a few years now and I always appreciate seeing them in contemporary art. Great work!

Thank you! Hehe, who doesn't love the horns of consecration, those things are so stylish and impressive.
Minoans are too interesting and too mysterious. Thank the Gods for sir Arthur Evans!

You're welcome!
I love them so much! They can definitely be mysterious, but thankfully there's a lot to learn! <3

The fact that their language keeps giving the middle finger to literally everyone is nothing short of amazing.

IKR! I've seen some translations, but they're always footnoted with lots of questionmarks.
