1 Soak cashew nuts overnight. Wash thoroughly before cooking.

3 Remove the pits from the dates. Grind in a blender. Add syrup, urbech, salt, vanilla and coconut oil. The filling is ready. We place it in a special pastry bag or a regular plastic bag.
4 Prepare ice cream. Grind nuts in a blender. Add syrup, coconut milk, vanilla. When all the ingredients have turned into a homogeneous mass, add the oil. To avoid stratification of the mass, the oil can not be mixed for a long time and diligently.
5 Select a shape. In our case, this is a special form for ice cream. We place part of the ice cream mass in the form, leaving room for the filling. Cut off the corner of the pastry bag and squeeze out the filling. Pour the remaining ice cream on top. Put in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
6 Before you get the ice cream from the refrigerator, melt the milk chocolate in a water bath. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the melted chocolate (it is better to use oils without a pronounced taste or coconut oil). We take out the ice cream and begin to alternately lower it into the chocolate. Due to the fact that the ice cream is cold, the chocolate should harden instantly.
