Description
In my opinion, Native American culture is one of the most interesting and beautiful. When i was a girl, my sister and I used make clothing out of leaves and vines and scraps of cloth we found and play 'nature girls'. Which was our way of mimicking this culture. Or, what we knew of it at the time. Since my older sister is, in fact, Cherokee in part from her father, I've called her Pocahontas for as long as i can remember. And she truly does resemble that typical ideal of a native american woman: tall, thin, olive toned, defined jaw, almond eyes, and the wide mouth. Many many thanks to the wonderful stock artists:

Thehe, quite a fantasy setting he's treading in. I like the contrast between the colourful attire and the glowing, white flowers. Looks like the land of the dead or something.
Playing "a nature girl" sounds adorable. I always loved play in the nature when I was a kid.
Nowadays, I study anthropology.
I can agree with you that the culture of North American natives is interesting.

I really struck gold with the stock...the landscape (aside from the sky, which was created with several photos and brushes) was pretty much the way it looks here. All I had to do was enhance some of the natural color in the grass.
When I see places like this, i still get the urge to play nature girls.
I'm so glad you like this piece Thank you for the fantastic comment!

This is absolutely amazing. My grandfather had some French Indian blood [which I only just recently found out] ; and my step-dad was half Ojibwe. Native American culture is beautiful.

this is gorgeous. My great-great grandmother on my step-dad's side was full-blooded Cherokee indian, my dad;s side had uh...I'm sure...but some type of Mexican Indian, and on my mom's side her dad was some type of French indian and her mom was Cherokee.
Great job! It really looks like someone went back through history and took a picture of him. FAV!

Thanks, mark, it puts the icing on the cake whenever someone appreciates it I was pokin' around in your gallery, which is fantastic, by the way. You don't see much art of that type.

Mine is a bit diff and I just got into computers in 2003 and had all I could do to gradually get confidant with programs But I still am not very gifted at cutting and pasting and blending multiple images together But am learning some other tricks and eating Panda Licorice tonight too which I have to keep washing my hands with a damp towel or the key board gets sticky
