Love the story to pieces. The idea was great and the delivery was... well fair at best. There are several grammatical errors to be addressed and you are missing comas in some key places to help it flow. Other than that, it had my attention in a full head lock and I could not look away.

You've introduced a whole new genre that can and likely will be used in Fatal Phantom and side stories: racism. I never realized how it could be used, and now, it's totally awesome! (not that racism is awesome, just the concept that everyone is racist against ghosts) I was kinda already planning on throwing something like that in the side story of Phantom trying to find a job, but I didn't know it could be used to that extent. The wheels in my head, they be turning, lol.
