This if for whose birthday needed attention
This is my enhancement of his Galactor, with added details for a more 'Legendary' look.
Take it, ya Pooh bear wearin' dork!
Would be better, but I have crappy colours to pick from, so the green isn't 'galactic' and the black is kinda 'weak'. Purple is too 'harsh' and the grey isn't 'metallic'
BUT STILL, the pose was awesome IMO, so yeah...

I think that was his intention
Galactor is like the 'real deal' of space Pokemon. Deoxys is supposed to be like a mutation of space radiation, the same radiation that comes from Galactor
