I imagine Lilim would like a game involving lots of girls set in a place with candy quicksand.I imagine Lilim would like to see girls dance in a fitting suit after they lose a practice round.
I imagine Lilim would like to see her victims think they're going to be wrapped up before realizing they are going to be wrapped up.
I can't imagine Alenonimo [link] drawing these, probably because he would have done so already.

Nah, if Lilim was like Ms. Splosion Man, then all that explosion would only go out her face like a beam of powah!
Besides, it would probably be more like Saints Row than GTA. GTA just seems too serious.
