UPDATE 2020:AS of 2020, I am disabling all model downloads as people continue to misuse my work and disregard the rules. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope those that do have the model data do not redistribute it, and respect my wishes for the work I've created.

Hey mind if I help with the chest ? I actually rigged the ds model for mmd so maybe i can help with him. I noticed he's missing 3 parts. his emblem and , few other metal part .

I'm sure that there's a few more people out there who do modeling who would love to fix this up, why not contact them? I'm trying to get into Source Filmmaker and was trying to find models besides the weird chibi-esque ones ripped from the DS. So this one would be utterly rad, but you say it has a lot of problems and I'd like them to be fixed so 3D animator people could use it. :<

pretty much think of it like this mmd you want to try. the controls are pretty basic. Mmm will take use to since the layout is much more complex. its like compairing art programs gimp to paint.
Don't worry once you get use to it itll be fun to use. it's alone stress to you than source film maker by along shot. Just with better models i think to pose than, rag dolls.
If it helps 0-3 frames for good fast speed. Good for eye blinking. 8-18 frames if you want a smooth fast pose. Than anything 20 to 30 is good normal slow speed. Once you try stuff out. I think you may enjoy animating stuff you like. :3

Why would you say your model is ugly? It looks really good. Besides a few fabric textures missing here and, there. An the emblem on his left shoulder.
If you want ugly try porting a ds model XD its so low poly blender and, scuptris when adding polys to it. Make it sunk in =.=
Hope one day you can make this public. I would love to see this maybe get used in a mod like smash bros or, even mario kart swapping out daisy since there bone data would work. an audio swapping would be very easy .

He's a very old, poorly done model. He has rigging problems, physic issues, and his textures are substandard, I feel he's of too low quality to release a download of, so I really have no plans to share the model. There's just really a lot wrong with it, sorry!

He's not openly being distributed due a torso glitch, due to improper topology and vert placement.

Well! I actually met someone the other day who can do the rigging~! If you want to pass the model and any associated textures, UV maps, and the likes, and I can see if he'll be up for it!

oh he's such an old model though, doesn't even have a proper inner mouth, and his uv maps are basically all gradients. Maybe if I get around to revamping him. But that's really interesting, what program would he use to rig?

From what I can remember from my convos, he works mostly in ZBrush and Blender, and does most of his texturing in ZBrush as well (If I'm recallign correctly). As for rigging...I never bothered to ask, come to think of it. Here's a couple of pics I snagged of his girlfriend's avatar (semi-NSFW), to show his handiwork:

he isn't.
he's got a terrible torso glitch due to improper vert placement.
I may release him for download, if he ever get's fixed.
