You know, I wouldn't be surprised if someone, a hardcore fan of this creepypasta, made a fan game marking all of the details perfectly. I wonder why no one did it after reading Killswitch.
But then again, they might just want to tie into the creepypasta, that the last copy of the game now resides in Japan and has not yet been played or even ripped from its CD and uploaded to the net.
Oh yeah, BTW, this is a very sweet picture. If I weren't mistaken by the image, I'd say that Ghast is comforting Porto. Am I right?

Holy sh- 0-0 I just read the creepypasta...one of the best ones I have ever read *-* Suddenly I would give everything to have the game...to play as Ghast and try to win *-* Seriously...That creepypasta is a troll, it makes you want to have the game despise you knowing you cannot have it! Fucking beautiful. I just.. wow. Easily one of my favorite Creepypastas. Second only to Ben Drowned, and that's only because we have 'footage' in the Zelda game.

The picture looks creepy and sweet at the same time. I really liked this creepypasta.... I, like everyone else, truly wish that someone could make a playable version of this (minus the -deletion- aspect >.>; )....
But now I can't take it seriously, because the thought popped into my head that, because Ghast is apparently licking Porto.... >.>; they're holding hands, but she's also attempting to keep him from eating her. Other than my own weird interpretation, I like the emotion portrayed here.... it makes me want to play this all the more.
Also, possible theory.... perhaps Porto was unintentionally the cause of the "fires of the earth" awakening? and that's Ghast's connection to her?

DEFINATELY one of the most interesting and well-thought-out pasta's i've read in quite a while. It sure as hell makes me curious. As in, i know the game obviously isn't real, never really existed, and is simply an invention of the author, but regardless the whole thing puts that feeling of "Whats the answer to this, where can i find it, and HOW do i find it?" into me. The end is a bit of a tear jerker, too. Though i admit i'm not sure what to make of the ending, really. The "he was crying because it's potentially the end of an era" interpritation is indeed poetic, but i feel there could've been more too it. Ah, i dunno.

Most say that he's crying because no one will ever play this game again. EVER. After this, the game will fade out of existence and no one else will have the chance to enjoy it. The final death of Porto and Ghast.
I interpreted it originally as- since he was on the character selection scene, where the pasta says you go back to if you die- that he had played as Ghast, found some horrific truth that made it all clear, but died before finishing and was crying because of how awful it was.
It's left a little open ended, but it's still a fabulous story.

...Yes, it's fake. A wonderful fake, but fake. That video is completely and utterly false without any hope for redemption. It's insanely simple, I could make that in lash and then video tape it. It shows nothing of the actual characters or gameplay which were not discussed in the pasta, and it was uploaded this year, when the killswitch pasta appeared in 2010. The one discussed in the pasta was the last recorded copy, this one should not exist. There is no video of Yamamato crying on youtube. Furthermore, the name of the video uploader is 'porto881,' which is an obvious reference to the pasta, where someone uploaded the cipher fo the pickaxes to a columbia bbs server. It's all bunk. Wonderful, wonderful bunk, but bunk.
