The nordics from the Saturday photoshoot of Connecticon. There were a few Icelands running around... guess they got lost... but why wasn't there a Denmark????

Yea Im actually from Mass but there's a whole group of us in CT. If you're interested we have lots of meetups that we plan over Facebook.

I dont know if theres actually a group, but we do have picnics and meets. Cool you live on the Mass border! Like I said, I'm from Massachusetts but I met my Hetalia friends at Connecticon, so they're mostly from CT. Do you cosplay?

I don't cosplay, the only Hetalians I know are online and live pretty far from here.
But I'm interested, it seems like fun, I'm just not sure where/when I'd ever try it xD
I think I have to go to a con...they all seem to be in the spring, except NYCC.

Oh ok cool! Well if you're interested in cosplaying, my friends and I are trying to organize some meetups. My name is Meaghan Horak, I don't usually do this, but just add me on Facebook, and I can invite you to some of the meetups if you's like, I promise we're all friendly. Which characters do you like? If you wanted to come to a meetup I'm sure there's some costume pieces you could borrow from one of us~! It definitely is fun, and it's a great way to meet people so don't be shy.
There are some fall cons, but they're smaller ones. I know of one called Gobblecon that's in Connecticut and if you don't mind traveling there's one in New Hampshire as well in the fall, but the big ones like Anime Boston and Connecticon are in the fall/summer.

^^ english was my first foreign language alternative was have to been swedish,but i picup english cuz its international language near every where some ppl talk english ;D hmmm sometimes it feel hard but you know if you can basics it make studing easy ^^

Ah well that's lucky for you. The best way to learn a language it to hear it and practice it a lot. I speak German, but I feel like I'm loosing it because no one here speaks anything but English. It's such a shame.

Yes! You totally should! When we were taking the Nordics photoshoot I looked around and I was like "WHERE'S DENMARK?" I was quite sad that no one decided to cosplay as him. I've just started cosplaying, but there seems to be a lot of awesome cons in this area, if you ever decided to come!
