He grew up in the desert and after a very rough upbringing that included escaping from kidnappers he grew to be closed off and very anxious around crowds. Listening to the sound of sand blowing in the wind or watching the sunset help calm him down and he loves to swim and grow plants as hobbies. He can manipulate water incredibly well and can bring it out of plants or out of the ground when needed. Leo never uses his powers to hurt people.
