Uh this is Snipe. He's some sort of edgy anthro snake cowboy dude.
He lost his eye in a fight with a dolphin, dolphin lost the fight and he Snipe keeps one of its eyes in the socket as a trophy. Other then that he's a total asshole who wont stand down to a challenge and won't fail a bet if it includes money, alcohol or an ego boost as the prize.
