i always loved Millia...one of the best GG characters! so i did a renditon...its not her real outfit just based it...
Millia's really cool i just dont like her stiff and serious attitude...probably because she's full of hate for Zato-1

There's a manga artist by the name of Hiroaki Samura. His series "Blade of the Immortal" Doesn't use any CG but rather simply pure Pencil and InkPen works.
But aside from him it's prolly all CG nowadays. Sometimes you'll get lucky however and run into a friend who does know how to CG. So one person does the lineart and the other does the CG coloring!
Speaking of which, I need to find someone like that! lol
