I was looking through the drawing ideas in my art binder the other day and came across a couple rough sketches for a Johnny Tsum Tsum that I did a few years ago. If Disney Tsum Tsum ever made anymore Monsters Inc./University characters, I think Johnny would look something like this.
I pity anyone who steps on those horns with bare feet.
