You have to download it and put it in and art program like GIMP, Photoshop, SAI, etc. I don't think my bases are MS Paint friendly.

It is very well designed, I may have to thicken the tail for what my sister is expecting, just so that the tail seems to fit. Of course, kudos to you for the awesome hybrid lineart. I so wish I could do it.

I may / may not use this, but either way it's a nicely designed base. The body parts also blend nicely together instead of looking thrown on.
