Try as I might, but clean just isn't my style... so I make things messy!! Uuh... going with the flow with the DRRR!! fanarts, except mine isn't Izaya or Shizzy (haha). ;; Although I do really like this trio. :>But instead of watching DRRR!! I recommend Baccano! instead. 8D; *bricked* Less narraration, more action, more randomness.

This is great! You captured the style perfectly.
Personally, I like both, for different reasons. Baccano! is simply amazing, with wonderful characters and lots of action (and fingore XD) but Durarara has a slightly different feel to it, and got real intense later on.
Plus, there were like ALOT of Baccano! cameos in Durarara!!. You have to give them points for that. (Epecially in Epiodes 11 and 12.5. Issac and Miria how up in person!)

Aww, I think the clean parts look great! I think you'd do really well with that, but I understand the feeling like it's just going against your grain when you try. D:

I'm trying to go for the more solid, clean-cut, less blendy type look because I'm so used to the "painty" style, especially with the tablet. So...the goal is to go against what I'm used to. XD; Unfortunately, when I make clean lines, I quickly lose patience and start scribbling...and I try to pass it off as "style." @w@; But I'll keep trying! Thankies~ 8D

Hehehe I know that feeling too XD sometimes I just slap on some quick watercolor blobs because I'm impatient and people seem to like it more than when I painstakingly work at a more organized/clean style XD
