This is an old pokemon OC of mine, I can't find any old drawings of him thohes a shiny flygon and hes also an evil scientist, he always wears his lab coat <3
he never had a name tho XD
quickly doodled him up cus im super hype for the pokemon game coming in like 5-6 days HHHHHHHH

i had one in my copy of emerald ;v; he was my bae
him and my lvl 100 delcatty ahahahah i left my bike riding up a hill while it was in the daycare and got it to lvl 100 easy aha, since delcatty doesnt learn any new moves it was great
and i taught it tms like shock wave it was great <3
