This is a good example for my question.. (dis is very interesting drawling btw~<33)
But anyways, I was wondering how do you change the line art color? is there a way toΒ
so called "Locked layer" with is what they had on gimp, it made it so that way you could draw on something and it wouldn't go outside if you
colored or re colored whatever line art or outline you had the locked layer on. and i was wondering.. if there is such a thing on sai you probably know,
because it seems like thats what you did with
this drawling here,( and i really hope i'm making since because i feel like this might be confusing DX)

click on the layer you want to lock (eg line layer)
then to the side above where you see your layers there will be a tick box that says (preserve opacity or opacity lock) click that and the layer will be locked and you can only draw no that section, then you uncheck it when you dont want it to ect.
just look around for it
