Lauren Faust said that Dash wouldn't treat a little sister well enough. That's how Scootabuse came about. But Scootaloo is a pegasus. And Cheerilee is an Earth pony. Besides, nobody own Scootaloo. She lives alone because she's such an insufferable little shit.
