I already have a solution. I have a human device called, "digital photographic machine (or something similar), superior to our old cameras and capable of taking numerous photos without film. I will make "digital copies" of each page, before her come to take the book from me!

Trust me..she wasn't too happy to find that I broke in and searched her library... though at first I scared the ..er..hay out of her... I was relatively new to Equestria and didn't think that she'd freak nearly as bad as she did when she saw me in my wolf form... yet alone... I didn't have my guard up... Unicorn magic hurts a LOT! Gah... don't want to ever cross Twilight again.. no..no thank you! Now that I think about it... I must have really had my guard down...normally nothing can hurt me... but ouch..that surge of energy.... perhaps I hadn't quite gotten used to the physics of Equestria... *rambles on a bit longer*

Aaah! The many faces of love! Really, I know that even though she spanked me in the hospital after i accidentally stole her first kiss, not answering my letter in code , when i'm "vacations" in the moon, this latest "book incident" and although i wont ruin(frequently)my chances with her...i know she feels something "special" for me!
After all she put my picture of "missing" on milk cartons and gave me the book on an important spells of the crystal unicorn king! His name seems to be a Latin origin, but translated means "Shadow".
Hey! That's why the voice in my head named me as "shadow wizard"! Now it makes more sense!

As for why Twilight would even HAVE that book...let alone GIVE it to YOU? I do not know,and I think I will have to talk to her about it.

Don't worry, the "shadow magic" is not much dangerous! And i can stop to use whenever i want!
Now that you mention it, due to anger, it seems Twi didn't realize that it was a magic book of shadows. (I discovered that the book of magic for beginners has a cape of the same color and with the logo of sun in black color, very similar.
I'll return this to her ... after i finish reading it (Oh my dear friend! This book has so much useful information, for example, you knew there are secret legends about Celestia and Luna? We don't learn this in the school!).
