Grew up in sorta a foster system
Was never outright mistreated but was kept at enough at an arm's length
Now runs an “Ursula like” business where he performs magic and such for “poor unfortunate souls”
He’s typically not to cruel… but he’s been know to import some harsh terms and conditions
