Poor Flutters wasn't even seeing anyone, let alone sure she wanted kids when her older brother Zephyr showed up and dumped the first of many of his unplanned children on her. In a way, it was lucky for her in as she met Bulk through a single parent's class. Flutters had financially cut Zephyr off at the urging of her friends but that didn't stop him from dumping on after the other of his irresponsible spawn on her (and Bulk). Of course, she would never turn any of them away. Most of Zeph's spawn was raised by Flutters and the one that wasn't were raised by the partner he had them with. He is quite jealous of the family that Flutter and Bulk now have but non of his kids want anything to do with him anymore. Most of them call Bulk and Flutters "mom" and "dad"
