lol. it's ok. if i hadn't a month ago decided "you know what? i'm tired of promising i'll read it, then doing nothing. let's get this over with.", then i wouldn't be, either.
that said, though, it's a fun ride once it really gets started (it admittedly has a slow beginning), and i'd recommend it if you ever have some spare time.
....actually, make that a lot of spare time. I may have sped through it, but it still took me exactly 2 weeks to get through 5500+ pages, and there's obviously more since then.

ok. funny thing is, there's lots of evidence that Hussie can draw INSANELY better than he does for homestuck (for example, look up the actual printed books of homestuck and compare the covers to the actual art), and he makes homestuck look kinda crappy on purpose.
and I can see it being hard to get into. again, it's a very slow start with essentially just john goofing around his house for a pages and pages and pages. it's when people power through that and a bit more slowness that the stuff really starts to get interesting with fights, romance, crazy time travel shenanigans that eventually all make sense, though some still don't because it's not done yet.
