tbh i imagine Cadence and AJ just started chatting during a visit to the crystal empire with the mane 6, and they'd just talk all night long

but anyways i think Cadence would maybe often visit sweet apple acres, to spend time with aj and help at the farm
i don't think she'd ever settle down there, since she has an empire to protect and all and aj would be very unlikely to leave her farm for good, but they'd always keep in contact
