lovig this one! a simple headswap and repaint using DOTM bumblebee and sideswipe with a kotobukiya sword and mace, and DOTM shockwaves wristblade

looks totally badass, what does it say for the movie aesthetic that I couldn't tell if that was supposed to be Bumblebee, Ironhide, or Sideswipe's body though?

Thanks! and i know what you mean, the movie robots do all look a lot alike,all a spindly mishmash of bits with car parts stuck on

I have to disagree with that original comment. Movie Bumblebee, Sideswipe and especially Ironhide look absolutely nothing alike and if anything it's the G1 designs who tend to look much similar to each other as they often followed the same basic templates even when they weren't based on the same molds (quite a few Autobots with the 'busty chest' look of Jazz and Prowl) likely because of the more primitive toy technology.
anyways this is an excellent custom. It's clearly based on the superb Bumblebee body but the new head, the paint work and the weapons really help to define it as a seperate character with his own personality and atitude. Great work.
