Things considered: Since it has a consistent 'shiny' look, it is in need of varied texture. And if I want to incorporate perfected outlines in the future it'd be best to have a different approach, such as gradient cell shade, or low-contrasted blending; just really nothing that distracts from the presence of the line-art (which takes a considerable amount of time to perfect).
