Rusty: *blew on his tea and took a sip* Yeah, I'm a bit of a nomad. Always have been since I was a child. I mean trying to avoid being caught by dragons and raiders in the south is always quite common in the desert. I wouldn't wish that kind of life on anyone.

Anna: Oh my... Sounds pretty rough. Raiders from the desert have tried to get in the gates to the east here. *she sipped calmly.* The way I understand it they've never been very successful. But I can't imagine being moved from place to place.

Anna: *she lets out a soft laugh.* Actually I'm from Sanctuary, a small town on the outer edge of the Equestrian Boarder. I was sort of adopted and raised by my mother there.

I'll pay you for a week's stay. *he placed the sack of bits on the table* To be fair I didn't think this whole thing through and I would rather not risk sleeping outside in the cold desert skies again.

Anna: *giggles softly* Mother is always looking for more 'victims' as she likes to call it. We can probably catch her, she's out shopping. *Annabelle pointed out the window to the shopping district of the small town.*

Rusty: Hmm, So are you suggesting we go on an outing? *he blushed a bit, he knew this wasn't a date, this was just to see if he could spend a week and get himself back on track before heading into Equestrian Territory once again*

Anna: *her warm smile was back* It'll be the quickest way to find her. Forgive me if I'm a little slow at the walk though. *she grinned rubbing her over encumbered belly. Having a slight waddle when she walked.* Pregnancy is not exactly easy to maneuver.

Rusty: Hmm, This may seem a bit odd but... Maybe I can carry you? It's no burden. One of my first jobs was essentially being a gofer. Having to carry a lot of things back and forth, onto wagons and caravans.

Rusty: *nodded* Of course. *he released her hand to make sure he wasn't perspirating from being too nervous around Annabelle, he was eager but he was self-conscious of his state of being* So, I'm guessing she took you in when you were out on your own? Because I can spot a mare that resembles your description of her and she looks rather young to be your biological mom.

*The mare in question spotted her daughter and waved though raised a brow at the stallion beside her. She came over carting a few shopping bags in her arms curiously looking over the male then Annabelle. The pink gypsy haired earth mare hugged Anna gently, careful of the baby bump. * Are you alright? Is something wrong?... Who's this?

I met your daughter and I wanted to stick around until I accumulate enough money to get to Equestria. *he blushed a bit* Annabelle is a kindhearted soul and you're pretty lucky to have her around.
