Description
Recently I started making 6 animated icons featuring Cipher the cat going 5 differant emotions for my LJ.I finally found the icon section to submit it, so I'll be submitting one or so a day. Though they will probably end up in scraps at some point.
This was made for personal-ish use so I'd prefer if no one yoinked it and used it somewhere. I understand it is just an icon and it might be inevitable for some people to go "oooh I want that one on my *so and so*" however I do hope people will respect my request. Thanks!

well it would have to be shrunk, however like I not win the description this icon was made for personal use and not for anyone else to use anyway.
