I can't tell you enough how much I love this.
Quetzal looks so cool and fearsome and completely AWESOME. He looks so much scarier than the pic of his species in Draconomicon, which is great. <333 I don't mind that it took a while...this makes up so much for it. x3
I really love his pose the most, and the coloring is awesome too. 
All the girls are gonna stalk him now. XDDD

That design has got to be the HOTTEST <333 (Well, I'm just exaggerating but yeah xD) and your drawing only made it even damn hotter. Who wouldn't want to hvae dead skulls as accessories
