In my book, The Pool, Washington D.C is completely destroyed by a bomb that destroys the molecular structure of anything alive , and serial killer Simon Weld set it off without warning , killing every form of federal government we have. This causes state government to collapse and the citizens begin to form factions which is the cause of the second civil war. Smurphette and her crew are caught in the middle of it and after building up arms and soldiers, they make their first strike at the Arian Nation and their second strike at the federal police, a faction made up of all the police officers from every state who abused their power early. This pic shows the first strike against the cops. Hope ya like it, it's my first time building an explosion from brushes I found here on DA and on the internet.
