lower leg tutorialI am absorbed in lower leg because I have little innately deformed legs.
Most people cannot see how it difference from normal legs even DOCTOR.
I am making a short comic about orthopedic doctor who face horror event in hospital
so I must to do search more in bone and muscle.

I have always had trouble drawing these parts of the legs and most one I found dont condense them as simply as you could

Watch the difference between the medial and lateral heads of the gastrocnemius β the medial portion actually sits slightly lower, so the widest portion on the inner calf (labeled 'curve out' in your drawing) would also be slightly below the meatiest portion on the outside of the leg.

Nice tut. Most of these nuances are normally missed. In comics its really easy to do though. If you get an inside or outside triangle for the ankle bone, you're doing good. ;D
