what effects do you use to make the blues and reds, its soo cool

I flatten the image then go to channels and click the red channel, zoom in and move the canvas along about 1-5 pixels. Click the RGB channel after and see how it looks! I hope this helps! Sorry for the super late reply too sdfghjk
