I like this piece a lot. The rain effect is so nice and the posing doesn't look so awkward. usually, I would suck at that kind of lighting but you pulled it off pretty well, The only thing I would change about this is to make parts of the drawing (assuming it's night time in this drawing) I'd make it a lot darker than the area's where the street lamp in shining. 8/10
