Fluttershy: "Second." *Yawn* "Just a second." *Opens front door to her house* "Oh. Morning, Twilight. Hehe." 
Twilight: *Raises an eyebrow* "Morning? Maybe technically, but it's almost noon. You must have been up late last night. You look like you just got out of bed." 
Fluttershy: *Smiles and blushes* "Hehe. I, uh, guess you could say that." *Giggles behind her hoof, which ends in a yawn* "Anyway, what brings you by, Twi?" 
Twilight: *Sighs* "I'm looking for Spike, actually. He wasn't there at breakfast. None of the new castle servants have seen him either. I asked the others if they've seen him, but they said they haven't. Well, most of the others. I didn't ask Applejack, but Big Mac and Applebloom supposed she's been harvesting apples at the far end of Sweet Apple Acres since dawn. They hadn't seen Spike either. And since you've just woke up, I guess you haven't seen him today either." 
Fluttershy: *Blushes deeper* "Nope. Sorry. Like you said, I just got up and heard you knocking while I was in the bathroom. Why are you looking for Spike anyway?" 
Twilight: *Sighs again* "I'm just worried about him lately. He says he's gotten over his feelings for Rarity since...'the incident', but...Thank you again for your part in helping him cheer back up, Fluttershy. Everything all of you have done for him really means a lot to him." 
Fluttershy: *Smiles brightly* "Hey, no problem. I couldn't stand to see our little Spikey all sad and sulky." 
Twilight: *Smiles, laughs* "Yeah. And I'm probably just being paranoid. Aside from being quiet from time to time, Spike's been his usual self. If anything, he's happier than I've seen him before." *Laughs again while shaking her head* "I don't know. I just have this little voice in the back of my head worrying that Spike's not really as happy as he seems to be and that that little 'greedy' voice in his head is filling in the silence for him. I love him just as much as the rest of your girls do and want to be just as much the reason he's happy as you are. I guess I'm afraid I haven't been doing that enough." *Frowns at the end of her explanation, voice soft and somber, then gets surprised when Fluttershy steps forward and nuzzles against her neck* "F-Fluttershy?" 
Fluttershy: *Blushes brightly* "You've been doing more than enough, Twilight. You mean just as much to Spike as the rest of us; maybe a little more since you're the one he spends the most time with." 
Twilight: *Smiles, blushes* "Is that a tiny bit of jealousy I hear in your voice?" *Laughs* 
Fluttershy: *Steps back and bumps Twilight lightly with her hoof, giggling, but still blushing* "Hey." 
Twilight: *Settles down her laughter* "Sorry." 
Fluttershy: "It's okay. B-but I meant what I said. Spike loves you too. M-maybe a little more than the rest of us. But that's fine. And if you love Spike a little more than the rest of us, that's fine too. You should be happy to show and tell him." 
Twilight: *Blushes again, rubs her neck nervously* "I-I-I don't know a-about th-that. Ha ha." *Looks up warily* "You...you'd really be okay with that? All of you? I mean, not to say I feel 'that' way about Spike, maybe, I haven't really thought about it like that. How I feel about him, I mean. I think about him a lot. Of course I do. I love him. But I'm not sure if..." *Stops when Fluttershy puts a hoof to her lips* 
Fluttershy: *Smiles brightly* "I know we would. I means, Rarity might have a little problem with it. She's come a long way since 'the incident' and might feel she should have learned her lesson sooner, but that shouldn't stop you. As long as you two love each other, you should be together." 
Twilight: "Wow. I...never thought of it like that. How'd you get so wise in matters of the heart?" 
Fluttershy: *Giggles* "Element of Kindness, remember? Love and kindness aren't all that different from each other. Just a little more...you know...personal. But, uh, hey, follow your heart, sharing is caring, and all that fun stuff that makes your heart warm and butterflies tickle your tummy." 
Twilight: *Laughs* "Yeah. I guess you're right. And here I was expecting Pinkie Pie to be the matchmaker between us." 
*Both mares share a laugh* 
???: *Calls tiredly from the next room* "Shy? That you? Come back to bed, Sugarcube." 
Twilight: *Eyes widen as she looks from the ajar doorway to Fluttershy and back again* "Is...is that..." 
Fluttershy: *Blush at maximum intensity* "...I-uh-um-ah-Iii s-s-sh-should..." *Nudges head towards the doorway* 
Twilight: *Stares for a second, her own blush rapidly growing, before snapping back to herself* "Yes. Yeah. I'll just...I'll go...back home...Spikes probably just...out hunting gems...you know Spike...gets hungry when he gets down...I'll just...plan out some exercises for him...don't want him turning into a pudgy dragon on us...ha...ha...ha..." *Pauses, then turns and leaves, closing the door behind her with her magic, trying to suppress the mental images popping up in head head* 
Fluttershy: *Giggles again, then turns herself and begins heading back to the occupied bedroom* "Coming, Jackie." 
Applejack: *Groggily looks over with one half-open eye and a tired smirk* "You'd think after last night ah'd get tired a' hearin' that but nope." 
Fluttershy: *Blushes lightly and giggles as she crawls back into bed behind Applejack, wrapping her hooves and wings around her while nuzzling into her neck* "Well, if you hadn't been in such a mood to 'play', I wouldn't have said it so much." *Leans in to kiss Applejack under the jaw, only to gasp with Applejack as each of them is grabbed by a scaly claw and pulled back even further into the bed, until Fluttershy feels a firm and very warm belly against her back, followed by both of them getting covered by a scaly wing* 
Spike: *Sleepily huffs as he lowers his head and neck to rest above both of theirs* "Hush. Sleep." 
*Both mares share a quiet giggle before kissing Spike's neck and cheek before heeding their sleepy dragon's request and closed their eyes so all three of them could get back to sleep. All of them were still very, very tired, him most of all, they knew was their fault, so only felt it was right to give in to him now after he'd given in to them the night before. A night none of them could remember being any happier. 
*And if Fluttershy's plans and subtle influence was working on Twilight just like it had been working on Rarity, and if Jackie was as close to getting Dashie to open up as she said she was, then soon Pinkie would be the only one left needed to plan for. Then Spike would truly have all the love he deserved and wanted, along with the rest of them, even if they didn't fully realize it and it was a bit out there for them to accept. But Fluttershy loved each and every one of her dear friends so much, and could feel each of them felt the same way, both towards her and each other. If she had to use subtle applications of The Stare in order to get them to realize that, then she would. 
*Because while friendship was indeed magic, love was the strongest force in the whole universe, and she was not going to risk losing any of her friends ever again because of another 'incident'.*
