Brief History:

The Junk Yard is all that Roxy knows. Her mother, Stella, had come here after she had been left bankrupt by a scam artist who had claimed to be a dealer. With no family and no friends, she came to the Gang. Stella had been swept off her feet by a dashing pimp. Unfortunately, when she got pregnant, he had no interest in the collateral of a kid so he left. Roxy and her sister, Alice, had grown up in the dump without a father. When Roxy and Alice were only three months old, the cops had busted into the Junk Yard and were arresting members who had been involved in a jumping that had ended with the victim dead. Horrified, Stella had reached into the nursery, trying to gather her kits, but had accidentally only grabbed Roxy, leaving Alice behind. Roxy believes that the cops had most likely found Alice and taken her to an orphanage. She hopes her sister is happy, wherever she may be. When Roxy was about to turn 3, her mother had volunteered to go on a raid of the Casino. Stella told Roxy to stay at the Yard, claiming it was to dangerous. This had caused an awful fight between her and her mother. "I hate you." was the last thing she had said to her mom before Stella left for the raid. When the horribly small crowd of beat up gang members returned, Roxy knew all to well what had happened. She had broken down. Roxy had no one left. This is why Roxy is so careful about who she allows to become more than a passing fling. She wants to make sure the father will stick around for her future kits.
