Saw this post and immediately thought of doing a post BoFA version
(So really, it makes more sense if you’ve seen the gif set first - this comic is choppy and weirdly paced.)
((Also don’t worry about deciphering my handwriting, it’s really not important to know what it says))
Still figuring out both Thorin and Bilbo’s faces.

Obvs not finished but I’m not sure if I’ll come back to it so I might as well post it - had my fun with it!

Fairly sure someone beat me to it as well, cannot remember who did it but I’m fairly sure they did it better than I did - will get back to you when I find it!
[EDIT] I FOUND IT - this gem by the talented ewebean ! (Apologies for any similarities, I had the idea for this before I saw the post but only got around to do it after that [although by then I’d forgotten how exactly they went about depicting it], so if there are any they are unintentional but I cannot completely rule out that I might have had some of theirs in the back of my head ; ; )
