'Bout time I finished this. I've been working on it for two nights, with around 30 layers, and to make things worse, I don't even like the result that much XD
Might be scrapped later.

You may not have liked it that much, but I think it's awesome! Particularly for the shading and the light effects from the Time Gear. But then again, as they say, you're always your own worst critic, and that's probably a good thing.
