If you use the Dodge and Burn technique the detail will hold through.

You can also try using Frequency Separation for smoothing tones while keeping texture.

Another excellent work! How my previous answer in ur previous work......seen the level is high, id like write to u 1 thing about the work! About my personal vision, i would have worked much more on the contouring of the nose because that strong shadow on it, create an heavy sensation!
