hi im DYING its 8:40 am and I haven't s l ept also this?? is quite possible not as good as I thought it was back at 4am bu t here we are my most favorite and precious son finally has a ref

anyway okay uhhhh this is literally like? my most developed and beloved character I love him so MUCH he's my fuckin b o y and he's precious my sweet summer son

I was gonna! write up his basic bio and personality here til I could get his huge one finished and uploaded to stash but uhhhhhhhhh again, it's almost 9am and im dyin??? so I'll do that tomorrow and edit this (also I forgot to color in one part so I'll fix tht then too)

for now here are some realllly basics abt him as well as a few facts abt the ref sheet, til I can edit this tomorrow with a bigger description of my Son!!!

Name: Rallias Hildeson
Nickname: Rally (almost always goes by this rather than by his full name)
Species: Forest elf (or wood elf I guess, same thing)
Age: 275 years (elven equivalent of 20 years and yES WE ACTUALLY...put together a system for this...it uses Very Simple Math and Logic)
Gender: Male
Height: 5'7" (he's short!!! even by forest elf standards which, in our universe, are generally the smallest/lithest of the kinds of elves bc how else are they gonna run from tree 2 tree?????!!!!! and balance on all the branches???!!! but anyway Rally's often annoyed that he's short)

okay so here are some facts about the reference sheet that might not be quite clear/I feel need to be Stated Anyway:

> his hair is always a mess!!! it's wild n wavy/curly. he usually wears it down but as seen on the side views, he also commonly puts lots of tiny braids in it (something he does when bored/is itching to use his hands in some way) and when he really gets bothered by his hair/the heat, he uses lots of pins/clips/etc to help tie his hair up!! but since his hair isn't THAT long it's a tiny pony tail and the clips do most of the work HAHA
> he is very FRECKLY lotsa freckles
> he's of a magical bloodline! You can read more abt his backstory when I edit this tomorrow but basically he never knew his elf parents cuz he was raised by two humans and basically???? did not know he was magic until very recently in a long ongoing rp I have with harpxer and her elf oc Kahl. and so since Rally didn't know til recently he's a fuckin loser at magic and has no idea what he's doing and can't use it super well yet BUT HE'S TRYIN
> due to Lots Of Tragic Events in his past he spent the majority of his late childhood/teenage years/young adulthood wandering completely on his own from town to town (more on that tomorrow, check back in when I update this if you're interested HAHA), and because of this his clothes are??? kind of A Mess?? he sort of gets what he can find that fits; any holes he attempts to patch up himself, hence the messy patch-up jobs all over his clothes! he uses whatever fabric he can find to fix it, which is why they're not the exact same color - he just tries to at least make sure it's....somewhat similar. HE TRIES OK
> similar to that, he also has two different colored shoelaces I'm cryign he's so dumb he lost one and he couldn't find another one in the same brown color so he just went fuCK IT and picked whatever brown shoelace he could find
> the bracelet around his wrist is from his human parents
> he always carries two daggers! he actually pretty commonly loses or breaks one for whatever reason, so the make/model can change frequently. as long as he can stab with it he doesn't really care? but he doesn't even do much stabbing - he keeps them for protection, if need be, or for other use (scraping carving cutting etc) as well (more on why he needs at least SOME weapon tomorrow)
> the belt is always worn, just under his green fabric sash thing!
> speaking of the sash, he just,,, kinda bought that when it caught his eye at some market - green's his fav color (he's a Nature Boy) and he thought it was pretty. it's come in handy multiple times as well - he can use it as a scarf, fashion it into a bag to hold things, use it as a sling for injuries, etc
> the orange pouch on the belt (used to hold money and other precious items of his) and his orange knife sheaths (he has two! one on either side of the belt - i just didn't draw both on the belt view cuz I was lazy) ARE, in fact, made from the same material so they're the same color!! He made them himself cause he liked the orange fabric
> the rabbit at the bottom is named Lyra!! he rescued her from dogs set on her and has had her ever since. she's been his only companion for many many years and he loves her to pieces. she is not a Pet she is his Child and he will Die For Her (but when travelling gets too tough for her he leaves her with one of his very few trustworthy acquaintances he's made over the years)
> his cloak is his most treasured possession, which is why its generally in better shape than the rest of his clothes!! one of his human moms made it for him
> yes he had two human adoptive moms they were the Cutest Family To Exist

> altho he never liked silence much to begin with cause it was lonely so when he was by himself for years and years he'd often talk to himself/his rabbit, or sing! he doesn't think he's a very good singer but he loooooves to sing but he only does it when he's alone cause he's Embarrassed
> berries are his favorite food (he can't pick a Fave Berry he likes all edible berries)
> rabbits are his fave animal cause of Lyra but he loves all wildlife!!! when he was an elfling he always wanted to adopt the wild animals
