Yeah, the 10 daily is thanks to dA, I know; though it's 10 daily/folder if set up correctly. As member of any group I have no trouble with that. As admin of any group I do have trouble with that when it comes to image invites.

It's easy. In the Admin panel under Gallery you need to click on "show all folders" and then set "Folder-specific limit" to 10/day. It's a bit tedious if there are lot of folders in a group plus it needs to be done for each group aka co-founders, contributors, members etc. But you could also change the settings for admins only or set lower numbers for folders. Admins in my groups all have the 10daily/folder; and sometimes this isn't enough.
