She reminds me of Julie Newmar when she played Catwoman on the old TV show.

The outfit definitely should resemble Anne Hathaways's TDKR Catwoman. But yeah, this outfit is closer to Newmar's original Catwoman than any other outfit.
Though Newmar' costume is more like a simple catsuit with ankle boots and golden belt plus simpler cat ears and mask; also she has a slightly different hairstyle.

I think except fot the dress outfit of the very first Catwoman and the Halle Berry movie version, most of her costumes are practical. If one forgets about the high heels on this costume b/c a thief on high heels....
