It's at once startlingly how photorealistic the AI-tweaked version of this portrait is, and how it looks nothing like Madeline. Even accounting for the fact that this particular render doesn't read "Madeline" very much, there isn't much sense that the obviously CGI woman on the left is a version of the much less obviously CGI woman on the right. It makes me excited to see where this technology goes in the next five years. I wonder when this gets incorporated into a 3D package, and what kind of restrictions get put on it. Also, if the AI will be able to handle glasses well.
